RECIPROCATING HIGH PRESSURE AIR COMPRESSOR

  • Multi-stage, High Pressure Air Compressors are available in two & three stages in two cylinder & three cylinder versions. Robust, overhung design crankshaft for reliability and easy maintenance, solid end connecting rods, highly thermal efficient inter cooling, totally reliable splash lubrication and balanced V-type construction for smooth vibration-free operation.

      Optional Accessories :

    •  Low Oil Level Switch.

    • Receiver – vertical or loose supply.

    • Sound Enclosures : For low noise.

    • Pre filter & After filter : For oil removal purpose.

    • Air Dryer : For dry or moisture free air – Refrigerated; Heatless Air Dryer.

    •  Air Dryer : Condensate Drain Trap : Automatic Type.

      Factors to consider in an Air Compressor :

    • How often the compressor is used and how it is used.

    • Consider the accessory which is to be installed with each compressor.

    • Consider the duty cycle of your compressors as most compressors are not meant to run all the time.

    • Short list in-plant compressed air application. Make a list of equipment in the plant Consuming compressed air.

    • Other like maintenance, life expectancy, trouble shooting (also know the manufacture network/ regional offices), repair costs, etc.
