RECIPROCATING MEDIUM AIR COMPRESSOR

  • Two - stage air compressors are designed for medium pressure application and are made of heavy-duty components to give optimum performance. These compressors have two different sized cylinder bores. Robust overhung design crankshaft for reliability and easy maintenance, solid end connecting rods, high thermal efficiency, inter-cooling, totally reliable splash lubrication and balanced V-type construction for smooth, vibration-free operation.

      Optional Accessories :

    •  Low Oil Level Switch.

    • Receiver – vertical or loose supply.

    • Sound Enclosures : For low noise.

    • Pre filter & After filter : For oil removal purpose.

    • Air Dryer : For dry or moisture free air – Refrigerated; Heatless Air Dryer.

    •  Air Dryer : Condensate Drain Trap : Automatic Type.

      Factors to consider in an Air Compressor :

    • How often the compressor is used and how it is used.

    • Consider the accessory which is to be installed with each compressor.

    • Consider the duty cycle of your compressors as most compressors are not meant to run all the time.

    • Short list in-plant compressed air application. Make a list of equipment in the plant Consuming compressed air.

    • Other like maintenance, life expectancy, trouble shooting (also know the manufacture network/ regional offices), repair costs, etc.
